00Pump i had gyno surgery a while back and it returned,due to poor pct and control meaures.but been on 3 cycles thereafter taking proper meaures and pct and never had a problem.currently im on cycle and my gyno is no problem.

i discovered and even DJ advised that low BF helps alot

Low BF does mask it, but it will all ways be there.. I did everything to the book last cycle + over protective and it came back.. I'm a perfection freak, so that tiny little tissue will make me feel what is the point of training and I wont want to gym / compete, etc.

But back to this product, it seems like a great product 'on paper' wish I could have been the test subject though... I will try it on my misses as she has a tiny part of her body that is VERY stubborn and lets see how it goes

ok well i have some feed back for you,i have to still do photos when my lady has finished her bottle. so far in 2.5weeks,i measured her again she has lost a total of 3cm around the belly button area,2cm over her bum,and 2cm off each leg...still no diet and exercise(unless u can call picking up a chocolate bar to her mouth diet and exercise

) i also know that 5 guys are using it for their prep for the SA's this weekend coming... be sure to look out for bruce namhing,chris fitspatrick,andrew hudson,justin thacker and john lucas....

heres my update .been using it for abt 3 weeks now concentrating mostly on my gyno and low abs.well gyno has shrunk tremondously and the little fat that i had on lower abs gone.also my loose skin started thining and tightening up alot after i lost all that body fat.just finshed my 2nd bottle now.

Guys, I've only been on this for two weeks. Its not working for me or my fiance as of yet, will finish the bottle and give another update but so far can convincingly say it is definately not a wonder product, for us at least.

I'm on a DJ keto diet and lose consistantly 1kg a week, have 6 months worth of measurements so would notice a difference imediately as I measure weekly. (I fell off the bandwagon a while ago after getting injured and have only been back on keto for about 6/7 weeks but have measurements throughout.)

Its only 2 weeks but thought I would post as other guys have been raving about it after 2 weeks.

I spray 3 on my stomach and 2 on my chest, twice a day, morning before cardio and afternoon before weight training...

If things change I will definately buy another bottle and let you guys know....

hmmm thats strange UT, i know there are 2 of my diet clients that didnt notice anything for the first 2 weeks,then all of a sudden the one noticed his love handles gone down quite a bit and has got abs showing aswell,so give it a chance maybe? i just started using it myself yesterday,so i will give feed back to you as well,my fiancee got some good results off of it so i thought i would give it a bash...also i know that andrew hudson (SA heavy weight champ) loves the stuff and is putting most of his clients on it...so give it time and see

are u ex foliating the skin and have you removed the hair?

Hey, yeah I'm gonna finish the bottle and will give credit where its due, so if I see anything I will definitely post again.

If anything it has changed the shape of my fat deposits, if that's just in my mind because I want something to happen I can't say. But was expecting higher weight changes and the measuring tape to show the difference.... But will keep everyone updated.

I exfoliate, do you recommend shaving as well? Just a sheer will do or a good old veet?

grab the veet,i think with this product its more like a longer term is better,i mean u will see alot more difference with time,its like taking 50mls of water in a glass,high concentration in the glass but doesnt cover alot of surface area,if you pour the water on to the table it spreads affecting more surface area but less concentration,so with time it will work IMHO.

Sash, how is your gyno looking after this? Did it go back to the way it used to look, most of the time people believe it has shrunk because of a placebo effect?

hey guys.

I am preparing for a competition of sorts but I have not used any illegal substances and have not reached my goal BF% yet, I was just wondering if it is possible to go from 10% BF to 7% or 8% in 3 weeks without the use of clen, kessar, reverzine and the other popular names. I am picking up my sculpt gel today and will use it everyday and I plan to do a cardio or weight session everyday. how likely is it that I will achieve my goal?

I am following a diet wherein my carb sources per day are 3 slices of bread, 2 rivitas 2/3 cup of rice and 200g butternut or sweet potato.
is this too many carbs?
what other tips can you give me?

bro start a new thread about ur diet,but bread and rivita's are the worst choice of carbs in my mind.. my mrs got 120squirts out of a bottle, she was using 4 twice a day for a month.
