Hi Guys
I go to gym at 5 in the morning so it's a bit more difficult for me. What do you suggest Pre & post training for this time in the morning?

Not to sound biased but I train at the same time and use 4 Table spoons of liquid amino's with Leukic.

i dont like to eat the early in the morning and I train 30 min after waking up , I dont like a bloated feeling when I train...

I'm currently taking half a meal replacement shake before which is just right for energy but towards the end of my workout I get very hungry. Then I take a whey shake directly after gym and then half a cup oats when arriving home. I thought of adding a banana to my pre work out shake. It's only the hunger that gets to me and if I take a full serving I feel very bloated but i'll try the liquid amino's with my shake.

Can one use Waxy Maize Starch along with Whey for your post workout shake. Or is WMS not recommended post workout?

ummm i have been doing some reading on it and it doesnt spike insulin so rapid glycogen replenishment does happen so i would rather use it as a meal replacement with dextrose/maltodextrin post work out but.... 60g of maltodextrin and 60g of whey hives me a 40g protein 60g carb ratio with a nice insulin spike...

It's just the Dextrose is killing my teeth man, get nasty tooth ache and I have been to the dentist nothing wrong so all I can think of is the dextrose causing it. Only happens after I drink the shake.

He gets pissed off when I ask him: "Are you sure there's nothing wrong" and then he's like "What do I know I am just a dentist" So it doesn't look like it.

Take your nail and scratch down your teeth towards your gum. Do you feel a sharp pain where the 2 meet? I'm being serious btw.

No, nothing. What would this indicate? Or did you just make look retarded scratching my tooth.

Went to a different dentist yesterday. He found my problem. Bloody wisdom teeth (or whatever you call them)

What about them? Are they coming out? Strange that its only the dextrose making them ache and nothing else :S

Already out, I have noticed every time I eat something sugary/sweet it pains like a mofo, just the two back teeth. Ate some honey today and no pain at all. Glad that's over with.
