Where is best place to get food nutritional values?

Ie 100g chic = 20g protein etc

Been using, nutritiondata.self.com/

but sometimes get inconsistent data

Hey Dj

Im just going over some things and for the last while iv been sitting trying to workout from every angle where the 336G of protein comes from in example 1 on your second page of explaining.. Everything else workouts out for me and so does that calculation but i cant understand where it comes from??
Iv read everything over and the only way i got close was 100kg x 2.2lb = 220lb x 1.5g = 330 but thats not 336g and its using 1.5g protein not 2g as your saying for gaining size.. Maybe im being completely doff.

i even went : 90kg x 2.2lb x 2g = 396g
100kg x 2.2lb x 1.5g = 330g
396g - 330g = 66 / 2 = 33 but im going in circles here,and you wouldnt even do the 100kg x 2.2lb x 1.5g calculation anyways if your using 2g.i cant get 336G. Please will you or anybody just end this for me quickly, show me what i cant believe im actually missing.. Im feeling extremely :pinch:

DJ has long since left the forum.

But the info in this thread is what you need to calculate your BMR chants. Use that along with the keto sample to put together your plan.

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.
