Yissus, 7 days a week? Over and above weight training obviously. That's a lotta cardio. You also espouse doing cardio on an empty stomach for best results?

Stru, you're a big help as always DJ. I'm going to have to increase my cardio sessions whether I like it or not I suppose.:( I think a brisk walk everyday for about 45 min will do the trick. Just hectic to find the time.

i tried it yesterday. ran to the gym before i did legs. real dumbass move as i couldnt squat more than 100kgs or legs press more thatn 350kg. the gym is about 2kms and by the time i got there i was bust. man i am unfit hence my new goal is its not all about the muscle but the fitness too. the big problem came in when i had to walk back at 20:30. serves me right for thinking i can do something like that coming off a months break.

today ill walk at a brisk pace. should take me around 20 minutes so that will cover my cardio. i just hate treadmill walking
