I have had a headache for a couple of days now, not a full on headache but its there. Is it possible that this could be from the new diet that my body is not use to or might it be something else causing it?

Your new diet might be requiring more water which you are not giving yourself, in all honestly how many glasses a day excluding gym are you drinking

Hey Mike, maybe i miss understood this but what you saying is that you drink NO water during the day?

How the hell do you function man, i would honestly shrivel up and die if i dnt get in at least 1.5 litres during a normal day!!? Water is so important, you gotta chug that shit down in order to maintain a healthy system...

Yoh, hectic man! I have acouple of friends that never drink water, they say "well there is liquid in coke and juice" and im like WTF man!

Try, this out. Go past the petrol station and pick up a couple of 1.5l valpre still waters. Challenge yourself to drink the whole thing during the day, before you know it you will be knocking 2 x 1.5l without even thinking about it.

Your body will thanking you!

No real rule of thumb, if you drinking the guideline DJ gave you, you consuming enough for your foods, however if you feel thirsty then you body is telling you, it needs more, don't go drink a coke or even coke zero, go drink water. You can have a coke zero afterwards to have some flavor, but you need water.

In the diet that dj gave me its says 2 chicken breasts. So will that be 2 chicken breast fromthos big packs that you get at pick & pay or the ones from woolworths or checkers etc? The sizes of the chicken breasts differ from store to store.

So i can just go to pick&pay and get those trays of chicken breasts and just have 2 of those? It does not need to weigh like 250g or 100g? As long as i just eat 2?

Thought id give a little update regarding my progres. I currently weigh 78kg, but i want MORE! My friends and family say they can see a differnce which motivates me more everyday. The thing I have noticed is that each day when i wake up, i have lost about 500g during the evening when i sleep, how the hell does that even happen? Im just sleeping so where does that weight go?

I must say its difficult eating the same food over and over and over but it works and im going to stick with it.

Hi guys,

This is a diet (freebie) I got from DJ last year. I recently (2 weeks ago) started following it again. I made a couple of tweaks where I am suppose to eat potato I eat pasta. I have only picked up 2kg now and I cant seem to pick up any more and it is starting to piss me off! Is there any suggestion someone has for me or should I rather contact DJ and get a fully custom diet and gym program as I really dont know what to do anymore.

It seems as if my body just does not want to grow anymore as I am also very weak in the gym, strength wise.

Any help will be appreciated.
