Thank you DJ, will do that and see how it goes. Don't get me wrong, I won't mind paying for a custom diet, I would just like to reach my full potential before taking it further.

Thank you again.

Off the topic of diet and onto training...
There is a lot of stuff you can do until you get access to the gym!
Find a park with a good jungle gym - dips and pull ups right there. Hand-stand press for your shoulders
Squat jumps, sprints, and single leg squats for your legs. Too easy? Fill a back pack with books and keep going
Stuff some checkers bags with groceries for controlled bicep curls and lateral raises

You might feel like a twat at first but just try picture those scenes in Rocky when he trains by carrying logs in the snow etc. In fact, rent some of those fighting movies and get ideas from their training montages.

If you're following doing so well with your diet, there is no point in sitting on your ass and wasting those nutrients. Plus, you wanna keep your muscles ready for when you DO hit the gym!

Eye of the tiiiiigeeeeeeerrrrrrr!!!!!!!

Time flies like an arrow
Fruit flies like a banana
