Great results-What a difference 3kg's make. Keep it up. You're an inspiration.

Post up a back shot if you can. From the front looks like your lower lats need some widening.

Good work bud but u need some width in the back and more lower lat work, try starting your work outs with 50 pull ups.as many sets neededto complete 50 total reps, the go onto recerse grip bent over barbell rows, then to low cable rows followed by dead lifts.remember the low rows and bent over rows to get your elbows as far back as possible and pull to the hips.

Thanks DJ, will start doing that. How much reps and sets would you say?

looking good iMan.

DJ beat me to it this morning. Was also going to suggest doing his pull up workout to widen those lats. just remember to get a full stretch at the bottom until your arms are fully strecthed before pulling yourself back up.

when i started training in my teens I never had much width in my back and used to do very wide lat pulldowns till the cows came home and switched to pullups when I was strong enough.that built my width i have in my back and have never lost it.I will post another pic of me doing a rear lat spread when I've dropped some more fat.:)

Also practice your lat spreads everyday without bending to far forward. try and get as much width out of the poses as possible. sounds weird but worked for me :)

They are coming along nicely now. Lost a lot of size due to all the weight I lost recently, but the definition was worth it. I have to hit my calves a bit more, I just hate when I stand up and can't walk. Also have to work a bit harder on my lower quads

Ok so I am going to change this post to my progress sheet, losing a bit of motivation and need to keep on track. So I am busy with bulking, weight is up from 80kg to 87kg from January, previous weight was 4kg short. Looked like my scale was bit off. Strength is up a bit, but stamina has skyrocketed. Anyways heres some pics, yes I am pale.

Ok so I just finished my bulking phase this week. Pushed calories up to high and ended up on 89kg with a bit too much fat. So I lowered the cals and dropped back to 87.3kg - where I am now. Started doing post cardio 3 times a week and will start doing fasted cardio as soon as I go on the fatburners, around 14 October. Will prob do 1 or 2 fasted cardio before that as well. Fatburners will be clen and yohimbine, never tried yohimbine before so will give it a shot. Heres latest pic, i am pale as fuck I know.

How are you going to take the Yohimbine and clen? I am thinking of taking 10mg-15mg yohimbine before fasted cardio and then clen after cardio otherwise 10mg before cardio and 10mg weight training.

Ill taper up with the clen and use 10mg yohimbine with it first thing in the morning. Will add 10mg of yohimbine a few hours later. I feel that 10mg yohimbine is a bit low for me.

Not sure how ill handle the summer heat + keto diet with the clen/yohimbine stack.

Quick update- 87kg @ +-13% bf. Started using clen over the weekend and first time YHCL this morning, must say I feel pretty kak(nauseous, appetite bit suppressed and sweating). My goal is to come down to 80kg, but I will be happy with 82kg. Will upload progress pics every 3rd or 4th week.

Weighed in this morning at 85.5kg, means a 1.5kg drop the last 10 days. Started using BCAA and l-glutamine with the fasted cardio as well. Clen is @ 100mcg and I will probably keep it there until the weekend. Diet has been very strict, only had a small steers burger for a cheat meal. Fatburners are messing bit with my studies so might stop a week or so when I start writing my exams in two weeks.
