Well done on your progress. How much yohimbine are you taking and how are the sides now?

So been on clen/yhcl stack for 3 weeks now sort off, I had to stop this week. I was getting some chest pains so I don't think I am going to continue with it. I am not pleased with my results at all, I am still doing 3 times a weeks fasted cardio. Will up it to 4-5 times a week and do 4 times a weeks post cardio as well starting next week. Main culprit was my diet, it was very clean but still too much. Dropping it with a further 500 cals and see how that will go. Doubt that I will reach my goal of 80kg, so pretty neggies over that. Hopefully I can make a good weight loss before mid December. Anyway here is a pic

Its still good progress. Ya add in those extra days of cardio and cut the cals again and I think you will start seeing a lot more weight loss, just make sure you don't do too much. If you morning cardio is low intensity long duration I read a really good study that basically says you have to do it 4-5 times a week, wish I still had the link.

And you sure you want to drop initially by 500? You know your body best but it is quite a drop.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

i would keep calories the same and just do slightly more cardio, 5x a week 30mins wach session, also start making your work outs more intense, throw in some super sets, have less rest periods that sort've thing, you dont want to loose too much muscle by cutting calories too low. rather burn off the fat than starve it off...also maybe try shifting your macro nutrients around, there are so many ways to manipulate the body to get the fatloss u want...

Ok I will up the cardio to 5 times a week and check how that goes. I just got hold of last years diet before December and my calories were probably 600 lower then what is is now. So I will drop it with just 200-300cal, because I am getting a bit desperate, if I lose a bit of muscle that's ok. Thanks for the input. My gf said I look much better in person than on the pic, then again she could be lying.

Righto in week 5 now, weight from this morning is 84.4kg. 3,3kg loss so far and 3cm on the stomach area. Cardio has been bit difficult the last 2 weeks, due to exams. Finishing this week and will up the cardio to where I want it to be, also have a much better weight training program. Will finish this cycle in the first week of December, so I have just over 3 weeks to go. I will be happy with an extra 3kg loss.

Yes I think I dropped from it hey, did the leg exercise and arm you gave me so far. Legs were still sore after 3 days of training haha. Arms was for once sore the next day. I had to flunk out at the end, too painful. Wil be starting the program from today and will report back :)

Ok bit of a update, just over a week ago I weighed 84kg(might have some water retention). Not much of weight loss, but losing centimetres around the stomach. Started HI cardio sessions and will continue with that for the next 2 weeks and see how it goes. Quite happy with the results thus far now. Will upload again in 2-3 weeks. I am pale so you can't really see definition so well.

Bit of a update. I took of 6 weeks of training and eating properly from December until mid January. So when I started training again I weighed about 84kg or so. I fucked up my lower back the third week of training, have not been able to do deadlifts, proper squats. I decided to do a lot of cardio and weight dropped to 80.5kg just before my 2 week break. Now my first week back into training I got flu.

Bit of a visual progress update. Been of for a few weeks now and still a month or two to go. Diet been okay, been drinking a bit the last few weeks though. Goal is basically not to go over 86kg this year while bulking, want to be 81 or so at the end of the year again.

End of December @ +-83kg

Feb @ 82kg

April @ 81kg
