Thanks DJ...only concern is I am using the sculpt gel in the morning (Yohimbine HCL) ...and if I have a simple carb, the insulin respnse will block the effects of the yohimbine hcl ...will it not?
But I am planning on doing HIIT in the morning (20 mins) from Monday and then heavy weight session in the afternoon and then stretch session in the evening.
also, during this process, I still plan to maintain a calorie deficit (500g of fat loss a week) ...by the time I hit 76 kg, I should be around 10% body fat. At that stage I am planning a muscle growth routine ...
