In serious need to pack on some wight HELP!

I'm 1.78 m and weight 72 kg's, with like 9 - 12% bf I've got, like Spike said a Metabolism like a Furnace, as soon as I eat something it't burned and used. Here comes the worst part,I am an ectomorf. I train 5 days a week. I would like to weigh about 80 kilos by the end of the year without the juice or maybe with it,it depeds. Can someone please help? I'm open to any suggestions from training routines to diets, especially diets.

Well you see that's the thing, I don't follow an eating plan I just eat whatever there is around the house and I eat till I'm full, I am 19 and just got into the whole gymming thing...In need of serious guidance...don't you think you could give me a basic framework of what you think I should be consuming and then I'll try that and give you feedback? Please it would be much appreciated.

Bud I am not gonna spoonfeed u,if you want a custom plain email admin to get through to me,you can read through all the dieting stickies that I have written as u will learn loads from that.you can pick up on jow to create your own frame work from the dieting 101 thread.

No man I didn't expect that i Was talking about how many grams of Protein, Carbs , Fat and How many Calories you think I should be taking in, Sorry if I wasn't clear on that. Didn't expect to be spoon fed.

Yeah bro, easy to reach 80kg natural, especially if you've just got into gyming. How long you been training for and how have your gains been up until now?

If you are a true ecto your bf% should be lower than 10, mine sits around 8% naturally.
If thats the case then you gotta eat to grow, and eating when you're hungry wont cut it. Somedays i dont get very hungry, but i still gotta eat big.

Just be careful, some guys think their metabolism is super fast so they load calories, then they realise it was only because they werent eating much before, and the fat piles on. Rather start clean, especially at your age, as once you hit your 20's things generally start to slow down metabolically

Um, but im scared of needles...

He is complaining and pointing fingers but its his own fault i have told him thousands of times to let me help him with a diet.He eats shit food and not nearly enough.If he eats 2000 cals a day its a lot..most of witch come from empty calories.

Guilty as charged... :whistle: Until recently I didn't really care what I ate, I just ate. I read the Dieting 101 sticky, was the most useful thing I ever read on the topic. Spike at 16 I was 1.78 with like no fat, weighed 60 kg's. Solid ectomorph, and just like you I really do have a moerse fast metabolism.

I'm basically 2 years and I gained 10 kg's, I am committed and I do train 5 days a week. And if I miss a day during the week I go on a Saturday. The problem is me not eating enough, and not eating the right stuff, DJ's post helped a lot with this though.....thanks a lot DJ

Well take a look at my diet, its posted in a recent thread, you're welcome to use what you like from it, its aimed at hardgainers, ask DJ what my metabolism does... Sometimes i wonder how my body chemistry works, especially when anapolon just eases thru my system :/

Anapolon just eases through your system? WOW, my one friend always says if you go on Anapolon for to long you pis out something resembling Ironbrew....thats really intense, how are the side effects you experienced?

yeah, i used 100mg a day, no sides, no water, and unfortunately not much gains :/ And no doubt about the legitimacy of the anaps, were OC Labs which normally show results on 50mg. Dunno what happened, will have to try it again sometime.
But seriously, my body loves juice. Test just does it for me best, no real sides, no hectic water and NO gyno. I get leaner, harder, bigger and stronger on test alone. Last dose was 1000mg per week and it was smoooooth

Go take a look at that diet, Dj tweaked a thing or two, and its working nicely for me so far

Um, but im scared of needles...

Yep... :( it was somewhat disappointing. We couldnt figure out what was going on... Started on 50mg per day, was in week 8 of my test only cycle, 1000mg cyp per week... When nothing happened after 2 weeks i doubled the dose... Used all 50 tabs, and nothing :/

Spike - The first man to be immune to Anapolon?? And your sure about the legitimacy? That's definitely not something you hear about every day...have you tried other brands om Anapolon? :huh:

nope. but u shouldnt be even considering steroids right now,untill u can get around 3500 calories in a day steroids are a waste for a hard gainer

Agreed, I'm going to try the diet that spike posted a while back, if it works, or when I start seeing that it works, I'll go on the juice, thanks for all the referrals DJ, those articles helped a lot!

Yep... Everybody responds differently to different substances. For instance pumps body aromatises anything and everything, he could get gyno from looing at a vial of test the wrong way. But he also carries the potential to reach much greater bodymass, ask him what his biggest was... Others, like me, can happily run a gram of test and over, and i have never run an AI on cycle, never had the need... Just like some of us grow easily in different muscle groups, genetics control everything.

I'll give anapolon another try as soon as i can, but im sure about the legitimicay of those, and Dj himself was my witness to the gains and effects
