No problem bro. I know what its like, i also battled to gain any size. But i'll tell you what has helped the most, is education. The more i learn the better i do.

I wish i'd known half of what i do now when i was your age. You guys are blessed to have this forum.
Give that diet a try, tailor it to suit you. Im a believer in building a diet based around your daily routine. Its no good having a great diet that you battle to follow because of time restraints etc. Rather suit the diet for you. That diet i designed to suit my daily routine, hence the morning smoothie that i can drink in the car on my way to work etc

Thee are also certain foods that we each prefer, and if you really dont like something you're REALLY gonna battle eating it every single day, and thats gonna mess with your consistancy.

I've been finding that after a week on this diet my body is accustomed and the moment im late for a meal i get hungry, its a good feeling to still have an appetite when you're eating 5000+ calories

I think, after the advice you guys all gave me, to look good you need to eat even harder than you train...
