Get a gym partner to help you .
When Is started gym , the heaviest I could lift for dumbells were 15kg.
I was to weak to do the cable flies on the lower weight.
Dont worry about 40kg. How much you lift means fuck all.
How you look it another thing.
Keep it easy for the first few months and get use to the swing of things.
Like Wayne said. Masbuilder and some multi vits . Then progress from there to creatine and so on.
( Diet is No.1 )
Maybe reading up on the following will help.
GABA , ZMA , BCAA , Glutemine ,

So today marks the end of week three. I'm at my lowest point and so demotivated that i actually want to throw in the towel. I cant see any difference at all, but thats isnt the problem. Main problem is that i cant push the weights that i pushed in week 1. Seems that i have become weaker and it really embarrassing having someone to spot for u on a 40kg bench press.
I'm gonna try my best to hang in there for another month or so, but if i dont look and feel better by then i will have to reconsider this gym thing
Ps: i aint a quitter, just feel really demotivated at present
