Well it already looks like a bad start for you. That sad face isn't showing any motivation, the opposite of what I told you. Have you tried taking heat,or any other ECA stack, what i do is i split the cap into thirds or halves just for the energy boost before gym, and not as the recommended cycle. That boost of energy is enough to get you motivated but I only take it on days where i feel so drained but I have to gym.Wow thanks for the motivation guys. Much appreciated!
I'm gonna keep at it and see what happens. Just feel really weak at times, but i guess one only realises how unfit u are until u start gym.
As for diet i guess i'm doing well as apposed to my previous eating habits. Eating alot of brown rice, oats, fish, whole weat breads, egg whites, lean steak, chicken fillets ect
I did try Ganic F yesterday but it didnt do much for my workout. Maybe i'll keep trying and see if my body adapts to it.

I've actaully taken a before pic so i'll compare the after pic say 2months into training
