Also remeber, I swop things, 1 week heavy 1 week light, or 1 week negatives 1 week postives, machines / free weights...

its going to take years for you to know your body inside out and even then you will learn more things as you go along and adjust your training to how your body is responding to that time peroid.

good luck....... and dont give up!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is a lifestyle change and a life long comitment.

Yeah dude, dont worry about the weights, do it cos you enjoy it!
It doesnt matter what weights you using, wen i started, i used to use 5kg dumbells! As time goes on, slowly, but surly you will get stronger and bigger that will motivate you in an unbelievable way....Just keep at it for the love of it....

Wow thanks for the motivation guys. Much appreciated!

I'm gonna keep at it and see what happens. Just feel really weak at times, but i guess one only realises how unfit u are until u start gym.
As for diet i guess i'm doing well as apposed to my previous eating habits. Eating alot of brown rice, oats, fish, whole weat breads, egg whites, lean steak, chicken fillets ect

I did try Ganic F yesterday but it didnt do much for my workout. Maybe i'll keep trying and see if my body adapts to it.

Ah shoulders and back today :-(

Well it already looks like a bad start for you. That sad face isn't showing any motivation, the opposite of what I told you. Have you tried taking heat,or any other ECA stack, what i do is i split the cap into thirds or halves just for the energy boost before gym, and not as the recommended cycle. That boost of energy is enough to get you motivated but I only take it on days where i feel so drained but I have to gym.

What is the :( for ??

I love shoulders and back!

Unfortunately bodybuilding/training is a slow process .

Patients and determination is required.

The first 2-3 months are the hardest , when you start seen results you will pat yourself on the back .

Take picture of yourself now. Then in 3 months take another pic and compare.

Dont expect results in 1 week .

Never fraternize with them as equals, never accept them as your social equals or they will devour you, they will destroy you.

Shoulders and back? i'd recomend training 1 big muscle group and 1 small together...

I sometimes even split lower back with upper back.... back is (BIG)

Um, you're not gonna find heat or eca stacks at a pharmacy.
