Training plays a big effect so does rest. When I have done legs but also not overdone my training I pickup higher levels of GH. However if you are taking synthetic growth hormone it will not be low even if you sitting on your bum. That's why increasing natural GH is an art and requires lots of buttons to be tweaked. When using EUtropin or Pharma mine are always well elevated regardless of stress, training, sleep, diet, supplementation and so forth.

It's a hit and a miss with underground labs. Keifei looks good to go, ask your supplier if they have it or can source it. Sorry about your wasted cash, thanks for doing the bloods. I've just spent allot on pharma again until I can get reliable underground GH.

It's going to cost you more or less the same as 8-10IU's a day of Chinese UG lab HGH. You ok with that? 3IU of humatrope is very potent.

In regards to test was thinking of doing cyp or enan at 150mg / 7 days

Try that and run bloods in two months.. Try get that test to around 750 or so free, you will feel great. If it comes back over 1000 you over cooked it, if it's around 500 or so then you may need to increase it, but find your sweet spot.. Also will need to see if your SHBG levels are nice and low at the time of testing and look at what your total test is showing.
