Dbol, test e PCT help

I would just like to clear this up. I'm going to use HCG durring my cycle and discontinue it when ii start my PCT. I take the half life of test e and x 3. That would give me the amount of days to wait till start of PCT? Is this protocol correct?? Aswel what dose should I run clomid and nolva and for how long? I just here so many different ways of doing this PCT and at times can get rather confusing. Would be nice to get some clarity. Thanks

If you use hCG throughout your cycle start using it from the second half of the cycle at a low dose and continue its use up until you start your SERM. Tamoxifen is usually run 10mg-20mg, and clomiphene is usually run 50mg-100mg.
I just run tamoxifen alone at 20mg a day for 4 weeks or more depending how I feel.

I've done a search to find out tthe half life of test e and have gotten three different answers. One site said 5-7 days other said 10 days and one said 15 days... Which would it be?

With regards to OP's cycle when running something almost identical to that just substituting dbol frontload with test prop 100mg eod and 500mg test c per week, what would your pct of choice be ? By that what is your favored protocol in restoring natural levels across the board. Also would you do any hcg during cycle and if so what dosages and schedule would you follow ?

Sorry if this is going off topic but i think your opinion would be much appreciated by OP and definitely myself
