It's an effect fat burner but i think there are better combos for burning fat such as clen and yohimbine combination. That being said from the studies done by the doc there is decent muscle building properties from it so with the smooth comes the rough. Every thing has a positive and a negative and getting some product that has 0 adverse side effects is called un-attain-abol

I think people are misunderstanding 3F a bit. 3F is not actually an appetite suppressant. It gives one earlier satiaty for carbs, but stimulates the intake of prot and fat. That is why it works best with the ketogenic type of diets. If on 3F, one should start eating carbs first in your meal - you will quickly feel "full" and then will eat less of the rest of the plate of food - that way one eats less in volume. It does not work like Duro, which suppresses appetite in the whole.
The other goodies in 3F are all pushing metabolism at higher rate - so yes, you will feel hungry on it. But if your diet has more prot and fat in it, you will have less hunger and will do better.
One should not actually expect great appetite suppressing effects on 3F, as the suppressing effects initially are only due to one eating a bit more fat content food ratio-wise, as well as the herbals do have some suppressing effect - the latter wears off within about 4 weeks. When the fat ratio in food intake is increased, you can go longer between meals - maybe some people can misinterpret this as appetite suppressor effects. Remember that in some individuals it will drive appetite in order to feed the larger more metabolic-active muscle mass.
Hope this explains some of the questions raised....
