I have to say, this is definately on my to-do list this year.

BP, stable, might be slightly up but hard to tell as life happens. I havnt been chilled enough to measure BP in relaxed conditions yet, but i dont see the need to as what chemicals i use in my body, and what you use, might react different when in your system. Hard to tell.
As for the product itself, its perfect ! Strenght gains, all round positive, just dont drink it before bed
