I'm combining my HEAT and LP yohim. My max heart rate is 195 bpm and it went up to 210 bpm! Crazy i tell you. Luckily i'm quite fit with resting heart rate @ 44 bpm.I try and keep it max 180- 190. I do 10 min of intervals in the morning, rest 5 min, and then 30-40min steady state cardio with my heart rate @ 128-136 bpm.

1. Your diet is the key. Get the right people to do your diet. I thought my diet was "ok" but then it appeared my diet was crapy. so your diet might be ok for you, but in the eye of people who have been involved in weighloss and related matter, they will tell you your diet is not okay. you need certain amounts of proteins, carbs, fats, etc. So its not so easy. And then you should alos not starve urself.. so First, get ur diet in place.
2. Ur training.. Make sure that you lift heavy enough and ur cardio is right. Coz the heavier you lift, the more cals ur burn.. (atleast thats what i learned);
3. If you have these 2 right, then you know ur on ur way, then u can add clen and the rest. Because you wont know ur diet is right if you just start using clen and other fat burners.
