You could be eating much beter than bread and baked beans. The Preworkout i find that makes me superstrong is 50g Oats 30g Raisins and 30g Honey. Even up the oats if your diet allows it or for a really hard training session.

I have a serious lack of appetite and have been trying to gain mass the last couple of months. I've been using Equipoise the last 10 weeks since that was the recommended product. I used 700mg and 2ml per week and sadly no effect. Can you please advise on another product that will actually increase my appetite and not be a total waste of effort, time and money? In addition to this I am using Sustanon 500mg 2ml once a week.
I have heard that GHRP-6 might be the solution to gaining appetite however I need to know whether it is intra-muscular or subcutaneous, how much should be used and does anyone have feedback that it actually works? I only discovered this morning that apparently most of Nomad's products are fake? Would that be the reason why I do not see the results eventhough I put in 100% effort with training and eating?
