You only need to take whey if your food intake is low and want to make up calories. I use about 100g of whey every day as for me its the cheapest protein out there.

most mass builders have a little creatine in it. along with little amounts of other nice stuff. its all just there to sell the product but not really enough to do anything.
you are light, eat more, and use the shakes to help your diet when you cant get food in. check the definition of supplement....
dj gave you a good diet...follow that.when you cant, just try to eat as much s you can and make the choices with meat.

pasta with pasta sauce is not a meal, make it a side dish with your meat. or chicken or fish.

read the dieting stickies on the forum and oldwler threads.

if its not a creatine product like creatine with delivery mechanism or if the product does not tell you to cycle....ignore the creatine in it. you will probably get more in a piece of steak anyhow

Good dj diet and whey protein. Quality food=quality muscle. Stop asking over and over fuckit, I use to do that and see how iritating it is. Forget the big supplement hype and start working hard and eating hard. Do you ever see pro's talking about "WONDER SUPPLEMENTS"? NO, because there is no such thing. Now chuck that massgainer, get yourself some whey and glutamine. Ask your folks to get some pasta, rice, potatoes and MEAT! Next, eat and eat and eat and watch the scale go up.

I started on 50kg and I'm almost 95 bro. 7kgs of that was achieved with dbols.

Lets go!

Couldn't agree more with Gorilla bro. Definately drop that mass gainer. The best mass gainer on the market by a factor of a hundred is quality food and proper sleep. About that Creatine normally we would use 5g or so, so like Molt3n said that 0,8g is really not gonna have any effect bro so you can just ignore it.

Lemme explain what whey protein is bud- Whey protein is a good source of protein just like your lean meats like chicken breasts, white fish, eggs, good quality beef like sirloin or fillet, etc. So when you think about 60g whey protein, tell yourself that is exactly the same as eating a 200g steak or 200g chicken breast or two tins of tuna. In order to have a good diet you will need a good ratio of carbs, protein and good fats. And to grow in size you must add about 500 calories to your total daily expenditure. You are more than welcome to ask me any questions you might have bro. :-) Just try to avoid the word whey or gorilla might strangle you ;-)

You used the word whey! :P Bro I think the best way to explain this to you would be a comparison. Give me an example of the mass gainer that these people suggest and I will use it in my example.

You don't listen do you, everyone is repeating themselves to you, I said it before and will say it again stop looking for a quick fix, you are no hard gainer you are just ignorant and lazy to do it right. Follow the diet as Dj laid out and then come back when you have followed it for at least 8 weeks and you will see the results till then I have nothing more to say to you

I agree with everyone. Do what we told you, follow the plans given to you for FREE ffs. Why keep asking?? There is really nothing more to it, dont expect to get big when you go for days without food. Thats your problem bud, dont make it ours.

Goodluck.

Lets go!

Here are my thoughts on the SSN muscle builder:

Straight off the bat I feel that the calories (365cals) are quite low. You are gonna need 5-6 servings of this stuff plus an additional 2 big meals to get enough cals in to build muscle.
The protein content (33g) is very low. Also the little bit you get is filtered whey (good source) and soya isolate (crappy protein) so not ideal.
The carbs are all maltodextrin, a very high GI carbohydrate. Maltodextrin goes through your system very quickly and therefore won't be able to give a constant supply of energy to your muscles. We only use these high GI carbs post workout as a way to spike insulin (just like sugar).
Then I see there is 3.55g of BCAA's, Glutamine, Creatine, Taurine, etc. I use 7g of pure Glutamine in the mornings, 7g post workout, and another 7g before bed it get the full effect of Glutamine. WHAT THE FUCK is 0.8g gonna do for you?!

In contrast, here is a typical meal one would eat whilst bulking:
300g Sweet potato- 61g of perfect carbohydrates that feed your muscles for hours. Sweet potato is also full of vitamins.
300g Fillet Steak- 68g of perfect protein for the real man.
45g Cashew Nuts- These are fats from a plant and therefore good fats. They are chock full of vitamins and omega fatty acids needed for testosterone production, muscle building, fat burning, and about 1000 other very important functions including brain function. Total about 750cals of muscle rocket fuel.

So.... If you were a logical person and you desired to take less than 10 years to put on some real muscle, which one would you choose?
Hint: If you need to flip a coin you probably shouldn't be let out in public unsupervised.

p.s Sorry I took so long to reply was busy eating.

When u smoke u may contract lunng cancer or you may not... however if you start when u are 21 you are controlling your own destinty and your locus of control is more internal than impressionable. If you are young you are impressionable and generally have a socialised view on life. My advice to anyone this young is use your bodies own system and once fully developed then research, ask questions and listen. You have asked quiet a few questions on other threads .....i hope you are listening bro? The advice given here is generally based on experience and trial and error. Whats good for us newbies to the site is we may learn from others errors. Good luck!!!

either chicken breasts or white fish. you can include healthy fats like olive, flax or fish oil in the substituted meal with these meats
