Breakfast 1 cup of oats raw weight 3full eggs + 3 egg whites
Mid morning 1 serving ssn anabolic
Lunch 200g chicken + 1 cup cooked white rice +30g almonds
Mid afternoon 1 serving ssn anabolic
Dinner 200g chicken + 300g potato + 1 table spoon olive oil
Pre bed 50g whey + 50g peanut butter
Post work out 1 serving ssn anabolic.

You don't listen do you, everyone is repeating themselves to you, I said it before and will say it again stop looking for a quick fix, you are no hard gainer you are just ignorant and lazy to do it right. Follow the diet as Dj laid out and then come back when you have followed it for at least 8 weeks and you will see the results till then I have nothing more to say to you
