Hi Chaps

So I decided it's time to leave the party live the smoking and drinking ( today 10 days clean know its not long but its a start hey ) and get into shape. I want to know from your experience how do you choose a whey supplement? I was on a few websites that sell supplements and the choices are endless.........never mind the whey have you seen all the pre and post workout stuff? I mean how do make decision?

Thanks for a super forum.

Ciao!!!

And regarding other supplements. To be honest I don't believe in 99.9% of "supplements" its a hype and a money making business. You will be flushing money down the toilet, rather just stick to a Whey shake and a good diet, and a consistent training program / gym schedule and you will see amazing results. Get a solid foundation and get to know your body well, then when adding a "supplement" you will know right off the bat whether it's effective or not.

The only supplements you really need to look at is Glutamine (Many positive health benefits) and Creatine (which carries side effects) and probably a good multi vitamin.

You will also find that your body was malnutritioned (don't know if that is a real word :) ) during the time you were intoxicating it, whether by bad diet, or built up toxins, preventing your body from absorbing food correctly. So it's very important your diet is spot from the get go, to many people starting out only learn this down the line and waste tens of thousands on supplements and steroids when in essence they missing the main ingredient in muscle building which is diet.
