It might be out of line for you, but it's not for me, that's exactly how they treated me after spending a fortune with them, and that's exactly how I feel about their service.

I don't believe being a member on this forum buys your company a free pass on the service that was given, and there are MANY who had exactly the same service as I did.

Received an e-mail from BSSA over the weekend annoucing the release of their Maximal Vita Pak - first week of July. Pre orders are now open.

Also included in the mail was that all outstanding orders and issues have been cleared up and that orders now generally take 3-4 days to deliver after payment has reflected via courrier.

This is great news!

I feel that I have been a bit harsh with my last review of BSSA. Yes I have a problem with their stock waiting times and a major problem with the courier company, but their after sales service is brilliant and their products are world class! Well done BSSA! Special thanx to Janet for excellent customer service! Credit is given where is credit is due..

We don't expect special treatment or preferential treatment because I was active on here. Whats right is right. And we did f*ck you around. And again, sorry for that. We had issues but it is sorted.

Regarding the shipping- I brought it down last week as much as we could. We are still paying in on some of the orders.

Morning brothers

Just an update on the Maximal Pak- I have confirmed with the lab that the Maximal Pak will be Halal certified and even the gel capsules that they are using will have Halal certificates.

The only concern was the Ox Bile / Bovine in normal Pak which is used as a digestive enzyme. But we are replacing that with an alternative digestive enzyme, which means we will be able to supply a Halal certificate for Maximal Pak!

We took the extra step here because of the following mail that was received from a Muslim brother, a conversation between him and Animal, starting from the bottom, and obviously the top mail was sent to us:

Placed an order last week thursday, needless to say I was a little worried to say the least after reading about bad service and no delivery etc but I must say I had a very good experience ordering from BSSA I received my whey yesterday and was updated by janet during the process...

Ja the server broke down where Shop direct hosted our site in America. So they moved everything over to another server and unfortunately our site was one of the unfortunate few who didn't like the move too much.

It seems like it is sorted now.
