B complex and B12

How often must one inject this combo to benefit from it. Is 1mil of each fine?

Bought some to try from ondier.

I use it once every week. 1ml BC +1ml B12

B complex subq burns like a bitch if you get it wrong, so just make sure you inject into a fatty area and not just below the skin. Otherwise no nooky for you.

Wha ha doubt she will let me inject her anyway so no sweat:D She even hated when I pinned myself on my last cycle:p

According to my doc the max you should be able to do as a big-ass male is 2ml twice a week of each. I.m.o for the price of these compounds they are invaluable.

I don't like storing the b complex in a open vial, so I inject 3ml every 4 weeks. I will then do 3ml, b12 every 2 weeks starting 1 week after the b-complex injection.

Out of interest how did you come up with those amounts and times?

I meant ampule not vial. Well the b-complex amount is because I do not want to keep a broken ampule in the fridge. I was not sure how much b12 the body can absorb and over which period of time so I kept it 2 weeks apart, also I really would not be able to pin myself each week. I only do this while I am maintaining and cutting. I have not tried other "methods" so I can not really say what works best. I think more frequent will be better though (very short life)

I been getting tingles and pins and needles in my fingers and toes. I did some research and found my B6 levels were way too high with my supplements etc

Stopped my multi this morning and feels 50% better
Just be careful with B6. The upper limit is 100mg per day although the rda is 1.4mg(crazy) but anything above 200mg ed can cause nerve damage

I did this once a month and supplemented with b complex tablet daily

My Mum is a Doc and she recons B12/co shots once a week is good and that the tabs are a waist of time.

Bioavailability for injections is 99% and for the tabs 1% so yes they are a waste of time.

3ml B12 and 1ml BCO once a week

so is it pointless then taking ZMA..??

ZMA and Vitamin B are completely different compounds with completely different structures bud. I was talking specifically about Vitamin B there not all tabs are the same.

B12 helps protect against various cancers including prostate.

B12 protects against heart disease by curbing and improving unhealthy cholesterol. Reducing stroke and high blood pressure. Also maintains a healthy nervous and digestive system. Very good for stress.

Also essential for healthy skin, hair and nails(female important).

I dont mix, the one is water based and the other is oil based. You can mix but rather do a subq shot.
