I'm on Primo so the pump is GOOD

Rich pianas 'kill it' is a quality pre workout with no crash and good focus fairly new in SA. Pro supps Dr jekyl or Mr hyde and gaspari super pump 3 all decent ones worth a try.

The NEW Hellfire formula replaces DMAA with Higenamine and still gives a good kick

Really enjoying Nutritech's Amino Pre at the moment. I don't usually use preworkouts but been struggling with motivation and this stuff has been great!

Savage roar is the real deal I'm always on a pre its the best I have come across in awhile ticks all the boxes pump, focus, energy in a big way the stuffs potent you won't be disapointed.

I gave the new USN B4-Bomb a try on friday. Was actually really surprised at how good it is, The pump is like 8/10 and muscle power 9/10 but u really notice an explosion of energy! Nothing special regarding mental focus but that's because there aren't many ingredients to boost it. Overall it's really good and in my top 3 or 4 preworkouts.

I'm surprised to see nobody mentions Scitec Nutrition's War Machine. Although pricey it has some good reviews. Wanted to buy it today but are now thinking USN B4Bomb or Nutritech Amino Pre.......

Bud its on par with the stronger pre's like mr hyde worth a try, I would say between good supplement companies pre's they all generally much of a muchness. I prefer milder ones like redweiler,dr jykle,kill it or super pump 3 then I mix in a bit of a stronger one depending on the day.

I'm tempted to go get a b4 bomb myself tried a sample of muscletech shatter wouldn't say its worth 800 a tub I think it goes for.

Shatter doesn't look good looking at label. I'm also keen on Kill It but at R650 for 30 servs it's quite pricey.

I wouldn't even WANT to try it TBH, waaayyy too much stims. It'll ruin you for other preworkouts and to reverse the stim tolerance built up, you'd have to go quite a while without any stims :ohmy:

Since nobody replied to my comment on Scitec Nutrition's War Machine I went to Chrome and bought a tub for R499. Two days using it before legs and shoulders and the word WOW doesn't come to mind. Maybe I'm expecting too much but I've had a better experience with SSN Creapump.
