today i took 1 serving hellfire and 1 serving bullnox mixed together. I felt "zoned in"....cant describe it exactly, but had this gr8 concentration and had a damn fantastic workout....

not bad,

was decent at a stage.. but to be honest that was before trying things like assault, condense, neurocore etc.

my latest mix has been n.o.rage (was a nice banded special with lifting straps and a shirt for like 300 odd), 1 tab oraltec yohimbine. then 30min into workout a serving of crea mass.

must say, best energy and focus iv had in awhile, massive pumps and no crash at all after, real sustained energy for hours.

ps. really enjoying the oraltec yohimbine pre, sweat like a mofo and energy for days..

Tanx poison, will try n return it if possible n look for condense.. I have a 900g tub and 245g tub for R400..
Crea-mass during workout! I must try it.. I Usually have mine post-workout.

that's rather expensive bro, generally ganic f hardcore goes for about 180-210 for a 900g at my local sup stores.

Trying this now! Looking at those ingredients, this product is friggen made for pumps! :evil: Add in my own creatine, BCAAs and caffeineand it's the most complete pre-workout I could concoct haha.

DEFCON-1 by platinum labs is very good. It focuses more on stimulating neurotransmitters rather than the CNS/heart. I don't like the latter.

Worked okay for me. got used to it very quickly though. cant say i noticed a difference in pumps. energy and focus on it was not too bad. Flavour was decent. So its good for its price

Bought some SSN NO Crea-Pump Concentrate and saw low amount of Beta Alanine so added some SSA Hellfire and got an awesome result! Masive pumps and muscular endurance was epic!! Give it a try--1 serv SSN and 1/2 scoop of Hellfire :woohoo:

Interesting viewpoints about pre workout supps. IMHO there's a lot of hype around supplements in general. You just have to look at the names of some and the claims of manufacturers: if it sounds out of this world then it's probably bs. Only supp I can rely on is micronized creatine monohydrate. It's backed up by hard science and not anecdotal evidence aka bro science. I think Redbull or Monster drink does the same thing that stimulant pre workouts do. Result is same messed up, full on tweaking effect that has you all jittery.

Have any of you guys tried ######## as a preworkout? :evil

I'm currently on chemical X.. giving me good focus and good energy.. I was on black coffee only but since I'm on cycle I decided to take both..
