The effects of pre-workouts was created by AlexRon
I would like to ask how the rest of you feel when taking pre-workouts?

The reason for my asking is, so far ive used the following and well, going without would have been the same thing for me, I don't get a kick, a rush, a surge, a overwhelming amount of excitement and energy before a gym session at all, nothing, nudda

SSN NO Crea-pump
SSN NO Rage
Supplements SA Hellfire

Should I feel something? Anything before a session

Ive always taken it as follows - 1 x scoop, 600ml water, 30 mins before session ill drink 300ml and sip the rest during a session

Your thoughts please

I feel the same bud, used them & other products and zip! No increased pumps or energy. I just drink water now haha. Otherwise I take an ECA before workout & it works much better than any PW can.

You see that's the reason for my asking, I see videos on line of guys getting all like pumped and ready for a session on "pre-workout"

And yet I like you feel nothing at all? Maybe we need 2 or 3 scoops haha

I thought I was the only one experiencing this. I have tried:

SSN NO rage
1MRD
Muscle Junkie
FCN Unchained Fury

The only one that give me "tingles" is No rage if I mixed it in 100ml of water or take it just like that. I have now given up :pinch:

AlexRon,

I wasn't getting much from my pre-workouts either. But then I combined my NO-Explode (which is a bit pricey) with a few Hellfire Nitrate Tabs. Suddenly I got tingles everywhere bru. Maybe try it.

@ Nate and AlexRon..

Okay bro's so this 'tingley' feeling you experience is from the Beta-alanine in the pre workout. Take it on its own and you'll be freaking out from the sensation >> trust me!! :woohoo:

For me, pre workouts are the bomb! My current favorite one at the moment is 1MR by bpi sports. I do spice it up by adding an extra 5g of L- Arginine and around 5g of Beta - Alanine. This combo gets me pushing lank hard and the pumps are freaking amazing!

Also remember that you have to cycle your pre workout. After a couple of weeks they do jack shit and you need to take a break or buy another brand. I cycle mine, but I'm on them mostly all the time.

If you guys like the tingles, Beta Alanine is what causes it. You can get this stuff pure.

If you want an insane pump nothing beats a 5mg Cialis.

The only thing that I have used that has given me INSANE pumps was Anabol.
As for pre workouts....Nano Vapour really did the job. Gave me that extra edge.
One thing I must stress is, don't think you a main man by doubling your pre-workout because the crash at the end is terrible.
My 5c. Lol

Ron my bro,

Considering I have a bit of ED at the moment, that pre-workout tingly feeling seems to be as close as I get to a relationship right now. Haha

Seriously though, thanks for the info mate. Gonna give that a shot next month.

Low doses of PDEIV inhibitors have shown to be beneficial in causing an increase in peripheral circulation for conditions such as diabetes where complications arise because of decreased peripheral circulation.

Many supps contain "NO" which is Nitrous Oxide. (NOS for petrol heads, also laughing gas) This will probably be in the firm of some or other Nitrate which breaks down to form the NO. Much like poppers, when unasked give an intense head rush.

NO is also called EDRF -Endothelium Derived Relaxing Factor. Produced by the blood vessels to allow them to relax and expand.

This effect is short lived though.

The PDEIV's last a lot longer.

Unfortunately it is scheduled so you can only get if you have a pharmacist or dr mate.

VERY VERY VERY NB!!! Do NOT be tempted to use a full strength dose. If you don't have ED you may end up with priopism (prolonged erection). Sounds fun but after a few hours this will be a medical emergency requiring surgical intervention. Depending on the time and damage you may walk out unaffected, permanently impotent or in worst case, amputated.

Good judgement comes from experience.
