Orders for "raw" supplements

Gonna ask you question.

The stuff I get is in its purest form, nothing added - the way it comes out of the machine that makes the stuff. Which standardly produce that % by the way. It has some lactose, fat and ash in it - naturally.

Here's the thing - how in Zeus butthole can they use this same powder and add creatine, BCAA, Glutamine, flavourant, colourant ect and still give you exactly the same protein content as you get this product in its purest form????

Go add those numbers at the back - after adding everything on my old USN bottle I get 89% - not 100%! But the claim almost 80% protein??

It all smells like a very big stinking fish....

I agree with you LSJ.
It's the 1st time I've done this and something smells bad.
100% doesn't look like 100%, more like 80% (if we lucky)

it is just good advertising.. the same as mc donalds claiming their burgers 100% beef becoz the actual beef they but in is 100% the rest well is unknown..

Does this mean that they are selling 80% Whey and are putting 100% on the label ?

If I understand your nutritional info correctly (per 100g):
Protein will be 84g
Fat 7.5g

What do youguys think ?

bud all that it means is that they use 100% pure whey protein concentrate. and in those products pet 30g u get about 22g of protein.which makes their 100g of protein about 74g of protein when u add in all the rest of the things...so loosing 6g of protein per 100g is not a train smash cos it is flavoured...

There is another prduct clover sells it is called alanate 385, doing some research, that is the casein they put in the more expensive designer powders. Can you get that as well?

As you know casein has a slower release into the body than whey and making a mixture of the two is almost as good as it can get. Quich uptake for the fibres that need it while still having the slow release for the next few hours. I looked at the breakdown of the product and it is 95% protein which is pretty good.

Same can be said for the casein.
All casein forms micelles at the end of the day because of its overall amphipathicity. This is the whole reason why its slow release. The aggregated protein is harder to digest. The only difference between the different forms is the overall net weight of protein, which is very little difference when you look at the molecular weight of calcium for instance (besides calcium is good for you ).

mbov10 very interesting read...so basically it is a complex carb that doesnt spike insulin levels which in my mind is brilliant for adding to whey protein to make your own meal replacement shake....which to me is tip top... so post work out carry on with dextrose/maltodextrin or vitargo for optimum results...

Yip, that's how I see it aswell. Will Brink's articles are very interresting on supplements. He actually pisses the supplement companies of, but that's good for us.

Hi Guys, just a quick update.

I still got enough products left for 8 Combo packs. The couriers are taking out the whole bunch on Thursday so those of you who still want to board are welcome. I managed to get a courier to take the whole lot at no extra cost to you, snag is they will take only one batch a month. I though it was safer than Post Office style...
