What's your plan of attack? (diet wise?)
I think I remember reading, that it should be taken 3 times a day 15min prior to a carb meal. But mainly complex carbs?

gonna be working a diet over the weekend. getting bloodwork done and seeing a dietician, so hopefully will get a good diet together. Yeah, 3 times a day. I have read good reviews on the stuff but as they say,,, proof is in the pudding

Hey Happyraven,
Did you get you SIMS today, like you said?

Please start a thread, as soon as you start feeling "pumped" after a plate of pasta, like your muscles got "force fed"

But also measure your waist, so we know of the fat blocking abilities...

sup chaps, so my stuff arrived in the mail this morning (was hoping it would arrive yesterday) and have taken my first tab, i already feel HUGE......kidding. Will start a thread in the morning after i have trained... boy i hope i havent pissed away R1300.

yeah, page 1 sums up exactly what it SHOULD do

I bought 2 bottles (1 for me and the other for my training partner) @ R525 each...i think, and the rest was postage, which was expensive, but i am impatient and wanted the stuff ASAP!!
