Hi can somebodddy please help me with a good eating plan and some advice on supps?(I am 16 years old,1.83m and 93kg)I want to build some lean mass and get in shape for rugby!

Do someboddy maby have connections to buy expired supps or know of a place where i can buy it cheaper than discem?

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

Like Beesting said the cheapest way to get supplement is either to contact basic supplements (who sell basic raws) or your local pharmaceutical company.
Just look at getting the primary active compounds in the supplement of your choice and get that. Stuff the other crap.

To put on lean mass simply eat more than your daily energy expenditure, and make sure your food sources are good quality, low GI, with healthy fats. What are you eating right now?
Do you know your BMR and TDEE, if not, work them out (use google) and go from there. You need to aim higher than the TDEE value.

6:30-4 eggs ,Cup of oats, 1 scoop Diet Feul

10:00-Scoop diet Feul

13:30-4 slices Brown bread with tuna or something on it

18:30-Chicken(without skin) or fish ... and vegies and a good carb

My Calorie intake must be about 3750
My active Factor =1.725
TDEE=6562

Do you mabe have a diet for me to build lean mass?Please..!
