Ok I'm confused - I came across a product called HEAT but it contains no ephedra and is herbal based. It has h.c.a(hydroxy citric acid),l-carnitine,c.l.a(conjugated linoleic acid), egcg(epigallatocechin gallate-green tea) chromium picolinate, cayenne(capsicain), gaurana & taurine,

So which is the one that works?

Neither of them, at the moment.
Forget about the herbal one, and wait for them to fix the 'real' heat, or get something else in the mean time, just dont waste your money on either version right now

Ive been using it nonstop now for a couple of weeks. 2 tabs - morning and before training.
I'm sitting here sweating! Its a thermogenic. You wont find anything better - even the "broken" recipe.

Caracal I find that the betasleep makes me tired all day long, IOW it has a long lasting effect on me. Try leaving it out for a few days and see how you feel.

I've tried that too.. My problem isnt with the lethargy tho I can handle that while on HEAT, my problem is not being thermogenic :(

But make sure you come up on it at gym. I always cycle for about 5-10 mins to get the juices flowing and creaking joints to move.

Watch your heartrate. Mine normally goes up to 150 in that time and i sweat loads.

No dont expect anythink like that. Whether you use the buz for a rave or for gym makes no difference - its not there, in that way. Somewhat different.

It could be your receptors are fried. Give it a few days, I'd even say a week and try again. This way you can determine exactly if it's the HEAT and if it was I'd ask the guy you got it from to make a plan.

Def feeling the effects now.. The caps I took the past 2 days did the job!

I could've also been lucky with the caps I took and the qty of ingredients in each

Going to carry on with 2 caps each morning for the rest of the week and see how it goes, wont be taking in the afternoon, I took at 3pm yesterday and struggled to sleep last night.

I took 2 this morning at around 10:30, and I can still feel my heart racing

Dont know if its psychological or what.. but if its working, then I regret wasting half the bottle by taking 1 cap at a time 3 times a day

Running the Comrades marathon puts massive (unnatural) strain on ones body as well, but if you are healthy and give your body a break now and then, you will recover with no ill effects :)

now u are stressing your body something like doing the comrades and adding heavy resistance training with that, are you not messing up your rest time? and i know u will recover, but around 50 you are gonna start reaping, wont u be stuck with an overworked heart?
i have read that your heart is basically good for a certain amount of beats, being fit lowers your resting heart rate, but using a fat burner, are you not throwing away your health advantageous?

:silly: I can't run to save my life...
I was comparing the strain one puts on ones heart. Exercise is good for you.
Abusing or overdoing ANYTHING is bad for you. The key is moderation.
Thats why I said, if you're healthy and give your body chance to rest you'll be A OK, capish? :)

I believe you are correct and even people with perfect health can develop problems, hence the word moderation
