i dont really understand what you said. I am interested in an energy buzz, not for going to rave clubs but to counter act lethargy of something els I will be using.jackrabbit1 wrote:

But make sure you come up on it at gym. I always cycle for about 5-10 mins to get the juices flowing and creaking joints to move.
Watch your heartrate. Mine normally goes up to 150 in that time and i sweat loads.

i have read that your heart is basically good for a certain amount of beats,being fit lowers your resting heart rate,but using a fat burner,are you not throwing away your health advantageous?
