Worst reputation - USN (cant call them the worst without facts to back it up)
Best value for money - Basic Supplements

Personal favourite - SSN

I enjoy Evox and Basic Supplements.
SSN is also one of the top in my list.

Worse... PERSONALLY, i think... Biogen, Weider, USN.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

MuscleTech is my absolute favourite but I unfortuantely cannot afford it so its out. NaNo Vapor gave me pumps that I actually felt uncomfortable.

SSN and Evox still offer really good value for money. I only buy Pre-workout supps, whey from Clover and the rest from Basic supplement.

Weider? I always thought they were pretty good if not a touch expensive. Their amino 6000 is pretty good and excluding Basic Supplements their whey isolate was the cheapest/highest concentration in SA-to my knowledge.

Quick one... i was in Pick n Pay Hyper yesterday..
Guess who is bringing out a range of supplements now???
BAD BOY... the guys that make clothes, sunglasses etc.
R289 for 1kg Whey and you get one free....
The values stated on the label are actually REALLY good... better then SSN, as i was comparing.

USN manufacturers of Biogen, got nailed for including DHEA and 7-OXO in Testogen.
No wonder okes test positive for illegal shit - because of USN and the like.

they've been out for a while now

i have used their creatine cytoblast and their blood rush pre workout, both very disappointing. Don't know about their whey though

Supps SA is not bad at all, their whey is quite nice and ganic is a great cheap alternative to some of the more expensive ones, they both taste like shit but they both work and are cheap. Not top of the range though obviously

Ive been using supps sa for years now. Have no complaints. Really enjoy their beta alinine. Their creatine and glutamine are not too pricy either. Other brands i enjoy are evox and pro nutrition for their whey etc

Anyone used Evox newly branded supps? Is the quality the same as the old one? I know they used to have some odd flavour whey... like lemon or something. It was terrible. I wanna give their vanilla whey a shot.

MCJ have you used their Cissus Q? i will soon be training that, as well as their ganic insane. hope it has a good taste. lol.

I been using Evox 100% whey and synergy whey for the last 2 years, not bad at all.

Lemon Lime, my all time favourite flavour!

But i enjoy Universal for multi vit, pwo and creatine.
Basic supplements for whey and dextrose

Dislike usn and muscle science - especially the way muscle science never wanted to mix properly and always made this foam that wouldn't go away.
