Personally USN is the pits ... they only popular cause they distribute well and u can buy it almost everywhere... Personally i like Evox followed up by SSN purely on taste ... I have to eat my hat a bit here as i have been given muscle works supps and they look really good nutrition wise ... got a NO supp called nitrogen X harcore, a waxy maize starch pre work out, a creatine cocktail called crea force X and a protein mixture all all the forms of protein in them , sota, whey , casien and others ... will let u know how they taste .. if anyone has taken it before let me know

This morning i took my gym buddies SPS N.O. RAGE before we worked out. It made my skin tingle, especially my finger tips. Then when i started training i got a serious pump, and had loads of energy.

Seems like a cool product.

SSN And SPS is great products. Let me stand in for USN. I have been using their stuff for almost 2 years now. Never had any probs. I think, that all the companies have to put on the label what is in the container. and if u are looking for something, check the label. If it says it has this and that in there and it is right for u,use it. USN gets a bad rep. Remember, the tall trees get the most wind. USN is the biggest sup company in SA. By far. All their stuff i have used, worked.
NO Rage is very good. I dont like the tingly feeling tho. I get light headed from it.
But if we all could afford it, we would all be using universal, bsn and muscletech.
I must say that 1 thing usn doesnt have is a isolate whey and that is 1 thing that i am gona move into. Opti Nutr or Muscletech. FYI, weider is manufactured in SA,check the label.lol.
All the supp companies get their stuff from the same guys, its just the composition of the mixed product that is different.
Regards

I cant really comment on USN as i have never actually used them. Isn't the problem in that they use a lot of additives to make the supplements taste better? Like sweeteners etc.

Ja that tingly feeling isnt great.... what is it? I'm still feeling the affects of it from this morning.

been on muscle works now for two weeks .. ( mate imports in )
first of all the mass gainer .... has 250 grams of carbs per serving
the pre work out nitrogen x .... tastes worse than cat piss
I found dead bugs in the post work out carbo maize
and the creatine cocktail ( lime flavour ) tastes so bad i would rather have a kick in the pants after gym then drink it .... i thought the nutrition value looked rather good except one or two products but the taste is beyond disgusting .. anyone taken the stuff ???

Mein Got!!! 250g per serving. How big is a serving? I prefer to stick to the mainstream brands these days. Tried some of the products once, and its still lying at home, 2 years later.

@ Splash.

really enjoying the taste and texture of evox 5xl at the moment. I get extra whey and mix it into the MRP. Thus reducing carb intake and increasing the protein per serving. Depending on ur goals of course. I do this with most brands.
