well your first problem is that u are not doing any weight training,weight training burns more fat than cardio does,you should be looking at doing weights 4 times a week and cardio 4 times a week post weight training...u can loose 30kgs easily just by eating healthy,not cheating!!! adding in weight training and intense cardio 4 times a week.

My boyfriend does the max-ot program, can I do thet with him, but just use lighter weights?

yes you can,but u will also need to add in cardio and make sure your diet is cleaned up,i would do 20-30mins cardio POST work out to burn off fat...either that or first thing in the morning

clen is another name given to clenbutrol which is another form of thermogenic fat burner

if you want something over the counter that actually works try venteze its available over the counter at most dispensaries and contains salbutemol which can be used as a mild alternative to clen i have used it with ok results but my girlfriend got great results using it so seems to be very effective for females

you can use either but tabs are more convenient and quite cheap. They come in either 4mg or 2mg tabs for women start at 2mg a day at first to assess tolerance then up it to 6mg a day in split doses as it has a short half life. But as dj said cardio and diet is key whats cool is venteze makes cardio alot easier :)

Try animal extract, it says unisex on the label, worked for me and my girlfriend liked it so much that i had to get her a bottle too.

I have read most of your comments and the only way I could get hold of you, was to join :silly:

I'm having a very hard time loosing weight, and trust me, with 30kgs to loose I'm desperate.

I've cleaned up my diet a lot (probably not perfect by most standards, by so much healthier).
I used Duromine 40mg and I lost about .5kg a week but had to stop since I got sick from not being able to sleep at all.
I gym hard 2 circuit sessions, 5 min stairclimber and 5 min rowing 4 days a week - when I'm done I'm finished (I have only lunch times to go to gym)
With all of this, I feel my muscle being harder and bigger but I don't weigh less and I don't measure less.
I'm a girl, I want to see results!
I know that I will be able to maintain if I can just get it off!
I should probably mention that I have PCOS.
3 weeks ago I started taking Lipo 6, I don't feel any different on it so I don't know.

So why I'm writing this, is because I can get my hands on Bee Sting, but because I couldn't sleep at all my Dr doesn't want to give me a script for Duromine again. :angry:

Will bee sting help me? :(
