Superpump 250 8/10
The best three in my experience.Used preworkouts on and off for 5 years now.
Dont forget some oats and whey 30 minutes prior to workouts

with Fakey_AK on this one oats and raisins for a slow constant release of energy n find most other pre-workout products does not get me through a workout as good especially on a leg day ,used superpump 250 lately and got a massive rush of energy at double the dose for the 1st 30min into the workout but then whore out quickly and thats not nice if you have a hour and a half leg session

Pre workout supps are usually a toss up between getting energy or getting pumps during the workout. Different products tend to emphasize one or the other.

Some give you both, like Tridenosen or Muscle Marinade for example.

What are you looking to emphasize?

You also need to take into account how sensitive you are to stims. Some stuff out there can get you really wired and even stop you from sleeping. If I take even 2 Heat tabs at once, I get so wired I can't train properly, I actually start tripping, especially if I haven't taken them in a long while. But I'm very sensitive to them. Lots of guys take 4 throughout the day, I could never do that.

Lots of variables to consider imo.

Well it depends on what you expect from your pre workout. If you like that high and energy rush then Muscle marinade is by far the strongest out there. But if you like to be motivated in the gym and get a good pump with good bloodflow to the working muscles you can pretty much go for any pre workout (which does not contain 1,3 dimethyl......, since it has vaso constrictive properties) with some BCAA during wokout.

For the following combination works great for a insane vascular pump: shock therapy pre workout with vpx powershock during workout or no rage with powershock. For my next cycle i'll use tridenosen as my pre workout with powershock or Xtend during.

@shaunrsa :like you said there are lots of variables to consider,it all comes down to what you want out of it ,like i love heat but i am sensitive to stimulants thats why i don't take them especially when i workout @ night otherwise i don't sleep enough

Ya it works,but at times I double-up the serving•But I got 700g for like R189 so I'm not complaining•

Best Pre workout I've used is definitely Hemo Rage black ulta concentrate.
This stuff is crazy. Gives enough energy to light up a city. :woohoo:

3. Mhp Dark Rage.

All good products but Berserker is insane it's 2 times as strong as Jack3d!

dont know if you ous heard there is something new out called noxipro. Friend of mine used it and says its stronger than marinade. Its pharmaceutical grade
