Oupa, I used Muscle Marinade two years ago and found it to be great. I finished a tub of Condense yesterday and to say the least found it to be "K#K" All I got out of it was a shitty melon taste.

Boet, sex with condoms doesn't work for everybody, same with Pre Workouts

Thx for your opinion though NorthBoy, vascular effects and pumps are solid for me with this product.

Then again, i only use a pre workout twice a week, not with every training session.

Yesterday I bought a muscle marinade and condense. Mix the two. Awesome workout with all the perks that go along with a great preworkout and I didn't crash either. If you doing this though be cautious of the caffeine. I use half scoop mm and 1 scoop condense. Strength was noticeably up

Guys has anybody used dpol. Thoughts?
As stated I use half a scoop of muscle marinade and a scoop of condense (both half dosage) and wanna add dpol for the d asparic acid. Read some good things about d asparic acid as a natural yest booster. Don't wanna do a cycle now so considering a natural test booster. How would this 3 way purus labs stack work?
Tryna bulk after that 20 kilo weight loss and get stronger. Calories around 3000 daily
400 grams carbs/200 grams protein/70grams fat

Don't waste your cash. BSSA sells DAA in 100g bags for 1/5 of the price. There is nothing special about dpol. The pump you get is from the nitric oxide boosters which you can get in loads of cheaper supplements.

I've only used it for recovery around pct time when I was on other stuff as well so I didn't notice anything different to be honest. I don't think it is as great as marketing makes it out to be though. Most supplement companies are just riding the "46% increase in testosterone study" wave, but what's interesting is that there is only that one study with those kind of results, and other people's blood tests don't match the claims, although there is an increase in test. At about R75 for a 100g from BSSA it is worth a shot though I reckon.

Good day gents , went to Dischem to go and buy me some pre workout ! Came across a Mur of a special , Bpi's 1.M.R and Blox for R400.. Tried it last night , it was pretty good!

i got something called pump and cut by pro-nutrition. I found it suprisingly quite decent. It has the usual arginine, creatine and then some beta-alanine, daa, synaphrine, caffeine. Suppose to help with pumps, testosterone and burn fat. Taste is on the bad side! At R155(special at sparksport) seems like a pretty decent buy.

guys, im looking for a good vasodilator. Something just for pumps to mix with my pwo. Best i've used previously was Met-rx's Nitro Pump but cant seem to find that locally...any recommendations?
