The best without a doubt is assault from muscle pharm. Once again recommended to me and did the trick by improving my workouts .

I can't use pre supps due to all the caffeine and crap in there, but my gym partner used to use NO Xplode and his stamina and strength were amazing while on it. That much caffeine (8 cups coffee equivalent) can't be good for you.... And would kill the appetite of most people.

Assault was made for MMA fighters last time I checked, if not made for them it was definitely the target market.. And well, judging by your name of course its gonna be the best ;)

I don't really like pre workout supps. I find the vast majority to totally kill my appetite post workout. All the stimulants cause me to drink waaaay too much water during training and that also kills appetite and makes me want to vomit. Don't like the buzzing feeling too much either. Reminds me too much of my past. But that's another story for another day. I used to drink loads of coffee (love the stuff) so the added caffeine from the pre workouts was just too much. I have since switched to Decaf.

Only pre workout I actually like is SSN Creapump grape and then just plain old Beta Alinine. I basically stick to Whey,oats and raisins. Sometimes substitute the oats for weetbix.

Didn't have a scale back then so I took an uneducated guess. 40g protein (whey), 3 weetbix bricks and a few raisins. Was just for workout energy and had no real goal behind it. On keto now so not doing that and I also got a scale since. So sorry, not quite sure what the "correct" amount in that combo should be.
