i have also suffered for insomnia for many years. its like my mind wouldnt switch off at night. no matter how tired i was i could never fall asleep!!! my doctor also prescribed me zolpidem. it worked great for a few months but as you said you begin to build up tolerance.

now im on 50mg seroquel.
i take 50mgs about 30mins before bed.
been on it the past 6 months and still sleep like a baby.

hope this helps.

good luck mate

Pump, thoughts on a drug called Trepiline, a mate of mine got it prescribed for sleeping. My sleeping is still going great with the Remeron :)

Hey AAS...

Hope you well man!?

New on here... :) Stumbled across this post after reading another one of your posts with regards to your 1st cycle which I found bloody informative btw given that I’m keen to start myself properly – then landed up looking at other posts of yours…

Curious to know how your sleeping is going?? Have been through quite an episode in my life in the last 3 years – without boring you with the details, I’ve learnt a ton about sleeping meds – and well yeah I’ve seen the effects of Adco-Zalpidem after prolonged usage (scary… very scary), and Seroquel, and Remeron – amongst others! :)

If you don’t mind me asking what dosage of Remeron are you on?

I’m quite bad that way – want to help anyone who is battling with sleep – cause I know its f***n terrible… and man oh man nothing like natural sleep!

Cheers
PS: You might just hear from me again with regards to that 1st cycle of yours… hope you don’t mind! :)

Although Trepiline can make you drowsy and aid in sleep it is not a sleeping aid at all. It is an anti depressant and wouldn't suggest using that at all. Not sure weather it stimulates seratonin or dopamine release within your brain, but its one of the two. Will have to look it up. Messing around with that could cause some serious unwanted issues. Just my opinion though. Hope it helps :)
