Need the right shoes
Cost about 2k

Shirt off and bail
It's all about the shoes

What are the shoes called?is it just an special insole that they have?.I get the pain from after doing a ton of calf raises or as soon as I start like toe raises where your front part hangs over a ledge and you lift your toes.I do about two sets of those and my shins start throbbing.Lol 6km is no laughing matter especially with this heat and no cushy air con

Gmw89: Are you running a cycle, if so, what? What type of cardio do you do?

I'm just finishing off my bridge to pct now with superdrol, that'd why I assumed at first that it was a really nasty pump from the orals but I realized after a while that it's only in my one leg.At the moment no cardio, just high intensity with short rest breaks.

I also normally get shin splints only in my right leg from short esters with a nasty pump, while running or jogging. Because I am very much into running, I try to avoid short esters with a pump and as soon as I feel something developing, I immediately stop the running and start cycling for a week or so. I am very cautious with shin splints cause I've been through 3 x stress fracture with one of the developing into a proper fracture.

I somewhere one the site have a recovery/endurance cycle which @Oupa helped me develop. Made use of a very low dose of Nandrolin. I am still cautious but since then I haven't experienced any shin problems.

Dischem also have a nice product, Flexadrin, which helps enormously!

Prevention better than cure when it comes to Shin Splints, so take it easy when its hitting you.

I didn't think of the short ester giving me the pump, never really knew about it until now.I've had to basically cancel my calf training all together now because of the pain.I'm shiting myself about getting a stress fracture hence why I'm cutting out calves for about 2-weeks so that things can heal up.
Could you possibly send me a link to that cycle ,or do you remember off hand what it was?
Im going to look into that flexadrin,is it over the counter or do i need a script for it?

@GMW89: It all started when I got fed-up with Shin Splints and actually considered giving up running entirely and converting to Crossfit, see below:

www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/8-train...sfit?start=25#207083

@ Oupa helped me formulate a recovery cycle, Nandrolin and Ostarin formed the basis of this recovery cycle. I tried it and did a short cycle to test the waters. All went well and after recovery, I combined the above cycle with @ Oupa's Crossfit cycle, into a Endurance cycle which also helped with recovery, see below:

Credit: @Oupa

Flexadrin is over the counter, no need for a script.

Goodluck, Shin splints is a bitch!!
