i would only train abs sub 10% bf personally, thats just me. how much of a boep do you have? it might be prudent to get rid of it first with a cut run then clean bulk after, its alot more motivating putting on size when you can see it lol
not realy a boep I use to be 120kg+ was Fooking fat but wats left now is love handles and a lose stomache. Its not even noticeable if i have a shirt on but just looks lose.

cat....the bottom line is that is that the best way to reduce body fat is to increase muscle mass but this can`t be done unless you start eating properly and working out propely. My advice would be to change your workout to one that makes use of the most combination excersise as possible, even if it means a total body workout every day or second day. Try finish off the workouts with cardio. The more combination workouts you use the more muscles you use and the more calories you`ll be burning.
So doing cardio everyday wont hinder putting on muscle mass?

Some might disagree but I don`t think so and even if you do lose a bit of muscle its not your priority at the moment is it? I know you want muscle mass but it seems as if the priority is more to lose the love handles than anything else. Anyways the loss of muscle will be minor. Its incredibly difficult to keep all the muscle and lose body fat but you can minimise the loss. Do 40 minutes of combination excersise and 10-20 minutes Low intensity cardio or cardio every second day for 40-50 minutes and the weights every other day.

i disagree with u completely, in order to put on muscle mass u need to consume more calories that u need to maintain weight,so by adding in extra exercise is just going to burn more calories thus bringing your calories back to the calories needed to maintain current weight. the more work u do the more calories u need. look at it this way. to bulk u need say 500calories extra. so if u are trying to bulk and take in 3500calories u will put on muscle mass. now if u are trying to bulk on 3500calories and u are doing cardio to say the value of 400calories that means u are actually taking in 3100calories which is only 100calories more. so therefore u are just going to maintain muscle mass.. now if u wanna cut u reduce calories from 3500 to 3000 and u add in cardio to the value of 400calories that will bring your total calorie intake down to about 2600 calories a day, creating a deficit and making u loose fat... so if u are bulking dont add cardio.if u are 16-18% get that body fat % down to 10-12% as your body is used to storing calories in the fat cells not in the muscle so u are just going to carry on gaining fat whilst gaining minimal muscle.

Like I said in my previous post..."but this can`t be done unless you start eating properly "....
I also advise cardio due to the fact that even though Cat
indicated he wants to bulk it seems his priority is to actually loose the love handles.
