K so my bloodtests are back and everything is fine just my potassiam is very high so i must change my multivitamine as well as avoid foods with high potassiam. :) So my worries are over :)

Why are you worried that potassium is high? Low levels of potassium causes one body to favour sodium which causes issues with blood pressure, water retention, etc, but remember other electrolytes work together too, that being calcium and magnesium.

Why would you wanna do that? Potassium and Sodium have the same function (both are elctrolytes) but potassium doesn't affect your blood pressure like sodium will. You're winning bud

The doc just said that my potassium is hight the average is 4.4 to 5.1 according to him and mine sitting on 5.6? Im not to clued up on the potassium and sodium thing he also said my electrolites levels are high so i must avoid electrolite suppliments :unsure:.

Just unsure of what to do coz im still feeling dizzy and tired all the time.

The doc also said my kidneys are working fine, coz that normally causes high potassium levels he said :unsure:

Do you guys think that the high potassium can come from the green tea i drink as that is the only thing i have added that is different, i have been drinking about 8 cups a day for the last 3 weeks and on thursday all the dizzyness and tiredness only started.
