Imagine if Kai wins it and all the Phil hype about him being unbeatable for years to come just gets shot to shit. That is the best front double bi I have seen from Kai. I don't know if he is hitting it differently or if the lighting at this show is different but his abs have never really come out in that pose. They are now!

Also, Dexter Jackson pretty good!! Ha and people said he was done for.

This is where kai will probably loose on politics because of past dof things he has done rather than because of form!

Dexter is really impressive.but the guy I have the most respect for is tony freeman 46 years old and still standing with the young guys and beating some of them.

Its not very good quality but its there if anyone wants to see it. Skip to 1:45 to see Phil and Kai.

@VonD - Yea I agree, Freeman still hangs with the youngsters. What I find more impressive it that he competes so often and consistently comes in good conditioning time and again.

Damn! Kai looks really good. Phil must be very worried and you can see it is his eyes. He is not dripping with confidence like he was last year.

A lot of guys on the int forums are saying that wolf is on to beat kai, apparently if u watched live the photos portray a different picture,and there is talk of shawn rowden vs dexter for 4th. Remember prejudging is only 50% and then evening show counts 50%

I watched live the presenters said wolf was not at his best.
