MR.Olympia!!

Ok,I don't think branch should've placed 5th,he should've placed 7th over freeman and wolf. Those two were in better condition and really looked amazing over branch,I do believe branch is a brilliant competitor but those two were better in my eyes, best improvement of the year was rhoden!!! Amazing physique.

Flex deserved that win, he was standing next to henry before the announcements and he has a crap load more muscle than henry,his legs were bigger, and although wasn't as conditioned as henry really looked crazy!!

U know that kai brought his a game, he was 110% better than he has ever been and I honestly don't think that he can refine his physique or conditioning more than that, but phil on the other hand still has a bit more room to play to get that pure and insane detail out before the sheru classic. Chapel was right, the more he posed,the better he got,the more kai posed the worse he got,he nearly passes out after the call out when phil was taking his time to hit poses which was his game plan.

Oh ya I think Branch definitely didn't bring his A game and shouldn't have placed 5th. Freeman and Wolf definitely had it over him. But, he still is a great competitor as you say and will come back better and stronger. Hating on bodybuilders is just annoying, they go through hell to give us what we get.

Spot on about Phil having more room to play.. I think Kai really brought his full.

For me this shot made the night.. Phil just kept developing even when relaxed.

everyone that entered deserved to be there, some guys shouldn't have been doing open line ups, there was this one guy who was from iran i think,was 5ft4 and 204 pounds,he should've been in the 212's, no idea why he was in the opens... some guys just didnt deserve their placings,i think the following guys got robbed : freeman,wolf and centopani,and the culprit was branch,look branch is good but he should've been between 10-8th. thats my opinion.

there is no way that kai should've beaten phil,unless phil was off,which he wasnt,he was on but he can still get sharper.

just standing there u can see that phils chest is bigger,phils arms are bigger,phils forearms are bigger,phils traps are bigger,phils delts are much more rounded, his legs look on par size wise but in that picture kai's got better conditioned legs, back from the from both of them are on par...

Pitty Kai didn't take. He really looks good. Congrats to phil.

Thing is phil can just get bigger and then hell be clear ahead of kai. Where on the other hand, we all know what happens when kai comes in heavier... He looks even more "synthetic" and has conditioning issues...not able to get dry enough

Branch Warren, usually a great physique, but this is not the back of a Mr. Olympia.

Where I usually criticised Kai's back in earlier years for somehow losing detail the moment he locked in his rear double bi's, I now completely retract that statement, he looked amazing this year, really, wow.

But to me, backs aside, is the shot that wins it for Heath, when he drops his arm during side chest:
