Whats with Big Rammy Growing so quick? was created by Jacobs

Hey Guys

Im still very new here so plz dont be to harsh but here goes. Has anyone checked out Mamdouh Big Ramy Elssbiay apparently he started training again in 2010 in 2011 his bodyweight raised to not very good conditioned 200lbs. He got his contest debut at the Amateur Olympia 2012 with 286lbs on stage.

Here is my question how the hell is this possible to gain so much weight so fast, here is a video of him in 2010

compared to what he looks like now.

Any one got anything to say about this?

Only insulin can do that...you can use all the gh you want you will never be a monster unless you add insulin.

As for condition that's all diet related and knowledge

Besides the obvious training+food it comes down to how your genetics respond to AAS, HGH, IGF1 and Insulin. There are thousands of pro wannabes using a combo of everything but it doesn't matter how much you use if you don't have the genetics.

Im 1.86 tall 94 kilos and 9% bf (done by someone who knows what they doing not one of those i assume 9% when actaully 15%). Ive been training for a year and a bit and in that year put on 16kg's im completely naty

Ok besides the stats and how accurate bf was measured you can much rather just do normal AAS cycles and gain lots from that. If you max out on roids then you can start looking at insulin ec. No need to put your body under so much stress if you can still grow loads off plain cycles.

I agree with prog. Work your way up the ladder with gear. Start out with simple cycles, then more advanced cycles, then possibly add GH but leave slin for last.

Nope sorry you are too tall.

Insulin is the turning point in bodybuiding.
Anyone even with shit genetics will explode on it with correct diet.
Not saying all will be top bodybuilders but they will be monsters to the genral gymrats

I dont wanna hit GH and insulin i am just asking and yeah I gained 16 kilos not lean my diet is good and I train hard. as for my height im the same height as Marius and Arnold so i dont see the problem

Maruis is not 1.86 he is around 1.8+-.as for arnold that was years ago.average height of mr.olimpia is 5f9.

yeah man i know for sure a guy thats a foot shorter than me and 20 kilos lighter will look huge. Im just being a ass. Im just really interested in now packing on some serious size as I wanna compete one day. I did a little physique comp and placed 2nd with only 8 weeks dieting naturally so i think i might have the potential to do well especially with some help of vitamin x
