On the insulin topic... I have heard of the awesome effects and mass building qualities of insulin but it is just not worth risking those sides in my opinion... Normal gear for me

When it comes to slin too much too soon also has a horrible effect on the physique. It's hard to find isolated examples, but it seems to mess with the appearance of the muscles and skin if an advanced level of mass and conditioning hasn't been achieved beforehand. Also consider that insulin is the main culprit for those distended guts you so often see on mass monsters due to the way it influences the storage of adipose tissue, visceral fat in particular. This is from prolonged high-dose use, but this is even evident in some older diabetics with unnatural amounts of fat around their injection sites.

But yeah, insulin (combined with HGH, this is where the magic happens) is responsible for the freaks of our generation of bodybuilders. Some are even of the opinion that it ruined high-level competitive bodybuilding, others hold that it's just part of the evolution of the sport... Who knows what the next edge will be.
