Cycle and Diet alterations?

Hey all,

I have uploaded a a image of my current diet and cycle, This would be my third cycle and 1st time using the KeiFei brand.

My main aim is to reach about 90-95kg.

What do you guys think? Any suggestions or alterations to the eating plan or cycle?

STOP! Anapolon for 12 weeks your liver will fail! Never longer than 4 weeks!

Ok ill do that, should I not then substitute it with something less potent like dbols after taking anaps for 4 weeks?

12 weeks of anaps ??? NO WAY - they are used as a front load, 3-4 weeks max, they are very liver toxic, and needs to be used only for a very short time, such a long time and your liver will shrivel up and die.

This cycle needs fixing, research deca test cycle with the search function,

Also your water intake is very low, only 5-6 glasses a day is nothing.

Absolutely not! After 4 weeks on Anapolon your liver will be like a wounded soldier limping to safety. Anapolon is a very strong and unpredictable steroid which is only for those who have explored all the other possibilities. Anapolon adds about 10kg of water and this bloats you badly. For where you are in your journey you will be much happier with DBol.

Pyroclasm, Im just waiting on the dbols after which ill stop using the anapolins, should get them in this week sometime. So in total ill only be on orals for a 4 week period then.

Kufie, I upped my water intake to about 3 liters now, also had a look at the "dianabol, testen, deca & winstrol" sample cycle.

So would my cycle work with following I got from the that sample cycle?

1x Pregnyl 1500 (1500iu x 3amps) – For use during cycle

PCT:
1x Ovidrel 250
1x LP Aromasin (20mg x 30)
1x LP Clomid (50mg x 15)
1x LP Nolvadex (20mg x 30)

With regards to these additional items, are these items I can buy over the counter?

After 4 weeks on Anaps you don't want to touch Orals for a good couple of months.

No they are not over the counter meds. You need a subscription from a doc to buy them legally,

If your supplier is reputable, he will be able to supply these items, or get hold of them for you.

4 Weeks of orals is fine, but that is about the limit of them for a long time.

Deca is a 19-nor, and you need to run Cabaser throughout your cycle to help with prolactin. Prolactin can also cause gyno or worsen the estrogen related gyno.

I am gonna leave PCT advice to Pyro or Oupa, or somebody more reputable, I am not yet knowledgable enough and may assist you wrongly, but you are now starting to get on the right path.

Read my friend, read, and then ask and the knowledge will come.

PS once you stop your orals at 4 weeks, thats IT ! no more orals for a long time bud, youll screw up an entire pct if you take anaps during pct. Thats the worst possible thing to do, cause you will continue to shut yourself down, while trying to get your own hormone production back up, and not talking about the damage to your liver.

Ill see if I can get Cabaser through the supplier.

Leaves me with some time in the interim to sort out my PCT. Hopefully time allows me tonight to redo my cycle including Cabaser for comment.

I will not be commenting on your final cycle, Ill leave that to the pros, just wanted to help point you in the right direction with what limited knowledge I have, and Then the other guys can help assess your final cycle plan.

I prefer my liver in working order, ill keep the tabs for another cycle much later then...

That's much better. These are scheduled drugs so you will need a prescription. Otherwise you should be able to get them from your friendly steroid dealer. You will also need to get some Arimidex or Letrozole in case of gyno symptoms. You will not use this on cycle, simply keep it in case. Anapolon during PCT is bad mkay.

Instead of Ovidrel during PCT you can use Pregnyl. Aromasin you will need to find. Run 1.5ml Test and 1.5ml Deca per week total. The amounts you want to take will give some nasty side effects. Run the Deca for 14-15 weeks not 12. How long are you going to wait until PCT starts and do you plan on using anything during this time? Why the Anapolon for 1 week??

Ok, I tried to get Aromasin from two other suppliers but they too don't have any.

Ill change the cycle to

1.5ml/week (450mg) - Deca for 14 weeks.
1.5ml/week (485mg) - Testo for 12 weeks.

Also note that Ill be using Pregnyl during cycle.

Ill start the PCT right after my cycle ends. What I did manage to get for the PCT is Clomid and Nolvadex, like I said no Armomasin, is this really that critical? Ill alss like you said get some more pregnyl for PCT to replace the Orvidel?

With regards to the anaps, earliest I can get the dbols is 1st of next month and already started using the anaps before I posted on the forum. So I dont want to break that loading now unless its not going to make a difference?

What would the reason be for running the Deca longer?

Run your test 2 weeks longer than your deca.

1.5ml/week (450mg) - Deca for 14 weeks.
1.5ml/week (485mg) - Testo for 16 weeks.
