I was just wondering do you guys maybe have some suggestion on apps we could use, that you have personal experience with. for counting calories and carb intakes a day and maybe something to assist in the gym for logging your training and putting in the weight total and things like that.
I have BodySpace which is linked to the bodybuilding.com site. You choose you program and everyday it loads you workout for you. I also have Fit Builder which I've been using for a few years because it allows me to input my own programs.
