Meal 5: I have it with 300g of sweet potato on my off days and with 120g of Avo mixed through on training days.

I basically cook 1kg so that I get 4 meals out of it. I fry an onion in a bit of olive oil add the mince brown it and the add a pack of stew granuls then add 4 cups of either broccoli or spinach and let it simmer for a bit. Weigh it out into 4!

Go big or go home...

Just a quick tip or trick.. For those on a budget and wants mince in there diet, try thr following.

Buy cheap bulk mince. Now when you cook you will see the fat it pushes out, now throw mince in a siff and rinse under water and clean pan, repeat process 2-3 times and you will have lean mince.

But also take in account the fat content of the mince so you can work out more or less protein you really getting.

yea thats gonna kick you out of ketosis, the vodka are carbs.

what i can see here is that you dont utilize a way that is a measurable way to track your progress.

if you are going to have carbs, fats and protein, measure it. cups for oats and rice, a scale for everything else.

you are not following a healthy eating plan. choose your food sources wisely. all clean foods and then get creative with meals. nothing wrong having a chicken curry made with chicken breasts, low amounts of oil, and then potatoes. BUT DONT HAVE THE ADDED RICE. for example. a sortve if it fits my macros style.

so nothing wrong with having lean beef mince, boiled potatoes, and olive oil as a meal, but make it into a cottage pie. nothing wrong with that at all as long as your portions are measured.

you are not following a healthy eating plan.

I was measuring for the first 3 days and got an idea of how much I should have. This post simply had a list of some South African products that I couldn't find online with regard to a Keto Diet.

so nothing wrong with having lean beef mince, boiled potatoes, and olive oil as a meal, but make it into a cottage pie. nothing wrong with that at all as long as your portions are measured.

Boiled potatoes? But bro, one medium potato has 37g of carbs :(
I was aiming not to pass 30g as I have been doing. Apparently Vodka has no carbs (even though the calories are so much).

What I am trying to say is that you don't need to go as extreme as cutting out all carbs. Try going for a balanced diet plan first before the extreme. Go for 40% protein 30% carbs and 30% fats for a day.

Bud alchohol is a sugar of course it has carbs in it. U essential on a keto diet are allowed plain meat, eggs, nuts, butter, full cream, cheese and oils. Whey protein falls in there too, other than that nothing else. So at the end of it for you a balanced diet will work better over a keto style diet for now

Also please dont go on things like medium size. Cos u might say you chick has small tits at an a cup cos u see c cup as big. I may say my chick has small tits at a c cup cos I like big fake dd's. Use a scale that is the only way to bs accurate to measure your results

Bud this is a body building and steroid site! There is no place for Booze when it comes to building a physique. If you can't avoid booze weigh all your food and follow a diet 100% your waisting your time.
You need to no exacataly how many calories your consuming so that you can make slight adjustments when weight loss stalls and so that you no your loosing fat and not waisting away all your muscle.

Look I'll have a couple of drinks from time to time but I'm at 7% BF and a couple of extra cals from time to time won't be the end of the world but if your cutting or on cycle you HAVE to avoid booze and if you can't don't ever expect a 6pack and come to terms with the fact that you don't want a physique bad enough.

I do not exceed 2800 calories a day. If you look up in one of my comments and see what I said I had in one day, I'm nowhere near that. You can't know the exact amount. A few dozen calories off isn't significant.

I really wanna lose weight very quickly. As long as I can do it without hurting myself. I took Helios and not Winny to decrease my chances of facing sides. It's almost December and I wanna go shirtless. I've lose a bit of weight and wouldn't like to see myself sitting one place.

About measuring stuff with small, medium and large, I found that on Google. There's a tool you use to measure stuff. A medium potato according to that tool, is 213g.

Yes I am looking for an easy way out honestly. The easiest way out rather. I want to lose fat as comfortably as possible. That's why I'm trying to see how far I can get with fatty stuff.

Lemme give you a breakdown of what I'm having today (I do not do 6 strict meals a day because some articles are against it):

200ml - Woke up with a glass of full cream milk.
150g Large eggs fried in a tablespoon of olive oil.
250g - Chilli Biltong.
330ml - Clover Mmmmilk (Vanilla) just now. Delicious stuff right there.
200g - Later I'm having some beef strips
32g - Killing a scoop of USN 100% Whey after gym

Just follow the Paleo diet to simplify this mess. Your looking for the easiest way yet your still trying to bring unproductive foods and beverages into your diet plan lol I mean, sure, go for the easiest way out if you must but at least follow the plan fir the easiest way.

Thanks. Did a liiil research on it. Like 3 pages. Seems like a good diet to follow on a regular. But for now I'll try to measure everything out and do what it takes to lose this fat. Lemme keep a list of what I'm having and how much calories I'm killing at the gym (500cals/day on average for now). I'ma buy keto sticks from bid or buy to measure. If there's no change, I'll take less carbs until I hit ketosis. Lol, Steve is a problem though. Advises me to chow potatoes but tells me I will never reach ketosis when I talk about drinking milk. Milk which has less carbs. More sugar yes, but much less carbs overall

TheRock DUDE there is no quick way to loose weight or pick up weight.
You man up stop drinking and measure your food i am so anal about food i dont eat frozen stuff everything fresh .I spend each night after gym making 6 meals for the next day. If i dont do it i loose what i did for all these years. Firstly see it like this its only X amount of weeks then u can cheat a little bit. Like me i will eat right all year round cause i have that end goal in sight and i wanna achieve it and the more i eat right the best im gonna get there. Another thing if u get into this lifestyle u need to know u gonna do this constantly so if u not up for it and you gonna chicken out in week or 2 stop wasting your time cause the start is f@rkall. You gonna do this every day!!!!

Therock u are clearly missing what I am saying, I amnsaying that a balanced diet of carbs fats and proteins will give u a more sustaining result over weeks and months of dieting rather than going to the extremes of cutting all carbs out which u are currently not doing!

So if u going to do a 0 carb diet cut the shit out such as the milk, vodka, curries, ice cream. When you are keeping carbs bellow 40g a day these are trace carbs, so if you are having nuts for example there is a small amount of carbs in the nuts. When you have whey protein there is a small amount of carbs in the whey. All of those little bits of carbs need to be under 40g. And the closer they are to 0 the better.

An example of a 0 carb diet would be :

6 full eggs cooked in a spoon of Mac nut oil or butter

200g rump steak

200g of chicken fried in butter with 45g of peanuts

40g whey protein and 2 table spoons of whipping cream

200g rump or sirloin steak

40g whey and 2 tablespons whipping cream

That essentially is a kerosene diet. 0 direct source carbs

If you really want to do a keto diet... Look up Dave Palumbos diet.

But then you can't cheat at all! Only the last meal of the 7th day can be a carb up. You will also need to adjust your training. But Google is your friend so start there ;)

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.
