No problem. To show your thighs, pull up the bottom of your pants as much as possible and take a pic of your legs from the front and back.

Thanks Guys

Any advice from you guys what I can do to get rid of the fat on the pecs

Current chest workout as follows

Flat Bench 6 sets last set 100kg for 10 reps
Close grip bench 6 sets last set 70 kg for 10 reps
Incline bench 6 sets same weight 3o kks for 15 reps
Inc dumbbell flyes 6 sets last set 22.5 kgs for 10 reps
Seated dips
6 sets last set 100kgs
Cabel crossover 12,5 kgs 2 x 50 rep pump sets

intensity is high takes about an hour to complete

Unfortunately it doesn't work that way you just have to keep losing fat and hope your body chooses the zone you like.

My train of thought would be to build the pecs Arnold style to "fill" the space. A 6 months to a year should yield a sizeable increase in pecs.

I think there is many eyes that would like you to explain the "Arnold pec" fill plan.. great idea to fill the loose skin.

I mean concentrate on bulking the chest so that the extra muscle "fills" the "unoccupied" space of the loose skin. Just using Arnold's Pecs as an example to work towards.

And I don't mean synthol or any fake injected crap. Obviously not going to happen overnight but a concerted effort over the course of many months.

You did a great job bud. Save up some cash and have that extra skin removed, you deserve it.

If you need a proper Plastic surgeon that does a PROPER job, not like a butcher, I can chat to admin to send you the details of the doc.

To know where you should go next we need to know where you are in your journey. You need to give us some feedback in terms of how things have gone so far, especially things like that you noticed you got great results from and things that didn't work. Just basically rant so we can get some backstory and based on that give some ideas and strategies.
