You need to give us some feedback in terms of how things have gone so far, especially things like that you noticed you got great results from and things that didn't work. Just basically rant so we can get some backstory and based on that give some ideas and strategies.

Hi my journey with training started 3 years ago after suffering from ill health i went through a spinal fusion operation 4 years ago and had barely recovered from that op when my colon ruptured and had to have emergency surgery where about 30 cms was removed i hsd to wear a colostomy bag for 4 months until colon coud be rejoined , at this stage i was 120kgs with about 40%bf .

I was then diagnosed with low test levels and put onto trt which made an immediate improvement ie energy levels libido and generally overall feeling good

I have used anavar which i like dbol not so much and of course test i tend to blsst 3 times per year the best results i have seen or noticed have been on var and equi with test.

I have had about 6 ops over the last 3 years to repair hernias which were caused from the major op for the colon repair.

I am loving the lifestyle now and have completely given up alcohol plus minus two years ago.

My health is the best now that it has ever been and my journey will continue till they put me in the ground

My diet is adapted from trial and error as to what works for me basically low carb high protein and low fat

Wow let me stop there for now there is an essay here to be read by all the pros on this site

In terms of training which programs did you find work well? Which muscle groups respond better to volume training and which ones better to high weight low reps?

At the moment weight used is moderate with trisets with 20 reps per set try to hit each body part twice in a six day split except quads which is my seventh day and only once workout ranges from 40 to 60 mins and on average at work i walk about ten kms prr day so not doing any cardio at the gym the moderate weight with hihh reps seems to be working pretty well i generally take a rest day when i cant go on anymore as i feel really shit when i dont train every day so have to force a rest day every now and again

Wow Dude what an inspiration.
I have been in a similar situation but nothing any where near as hectic as what you have said.
For all the larger guys out there you really have shown what can be done.

Looking at your issue with your chest the only way to get rid of that extra skin is to get it cut out or build enough muscle to fill it up.
Not sure what the others will say but I have seen better results starting with my incline flys superset with incline dumbbell press after this doing the flat bench. The flys really help to tear the muscle apart and then everything else you are doing just helps that much more.

Another thing your calves look amazing but I would say build a bit more on the quads. Your legs and core are the basis for any other exercise you do so get them strong and everything else will come (also helps to loose fat by working the most as it is the biggest muscle group in your body)

With regards to your rest day YOU HAVE TO REST. Your body needs some time to recover, this is actually the point where your body re-builds the muscles you have torn apart.

Mods don't shoot me down for this but maybe include some more carbs/protein in your diet, this is just to help you to bulk up, although it is a risk as you might not bulk where you want to. You know what your body can handle (from your post that is a hell of a lot)

Once again really impressed T and good luck with your journey.

It seems you respond well to volume training with a lot of stimulus to the muscle. The way to take it to the next level is to improve your training. Look at a training program designed by Hany Rambod called FST-7 (Fascia Stretch Training).

Keep the same weight throughout, about 50% 1RM. The first two sets should feel easy.

Did some digging to find your cycle history and found a post from April 2015. Am I correct to say you have done 3 cycles with Test the only injectable, or have you done a blast since April?

In April I suggested Deca but you don't like that idea? I think it's too early for Tren.

No need for an AI as we are keeping test low and using an anti-prolactin. Calories MUST INCREASE!! The calorie is the most anabolic substance on earth and you don't want to be in a deficit on cycle! If you eat 2500cals for maintenance then you should eat about 3500 cals on cycle provided training is FST-7. Sure 20ml Deca will cover you for the first five weeks. You need 150 TBol tabs hey. But we never start a cycle without purchasing all gear, ancillaries and PCT meds first.

Why did you put it on hold if I may ask?

For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.
