Spanish fly is Spanish fly at the end of the day mate and they both contain that ingredient, I just think the concentration is higher in the nympho drops.
Anytime dude, empty stomach, full stomach - morning/ night. Obviously not if she is sick or overly tired as she will still get in the mood but wont react the same. And certainly not if she is pregnant. I find 15 drops to be the sweet spot.
Also if putting in tea/ coffee, put the milk in first. The water will be way to hot otherwise.

Fair and well Oups but sometimes you need a boost. That's why we take steroids to boost our muscles or you may need an erection booster cause you have had a stressful week but you still want to do it so you take that boost.
